4.1 Promotional Methods

You are encouraged to promote Thinnex products through various channels, including your website, blog, social media, and email marketing.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Brand Bidding: You are strictly prohibited from bidding on the Thinnex brand name or any variation thereof (e.g., "Thinnex," "Thinex") in any paid search engine marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and similar platforms.

Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam) to promote Thinnex is prohibited.

False Advertising: Making false or misleading claims about Thinnex products is strictly prohibited.

5. Use of Materials

Thinnex will provide you with marketing materials, including banners, graphics, and promotional content. You may use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting Thinnex products. You may not alter these materials in any way without prior written consent from Thinnex.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, remain the property of Thinnex. As an affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Thinnex's intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting Thinnex products in accordance with these terms.

7. Termination

Thinnex reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all Thinnex marketing materials and intellectual property.

7.1 Termination by Affiliate

You may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by providing written notice to Thinnex.

8. Limitation of Liability

Thinnex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits, even if Thinnex has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thinnex and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to your breach of this agreement.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

Thinnex reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
